Jogging stroller Q.

I'm buying a double jogging stroller from a lady later for a great deal, but she said the front wheel doesn't swivel? Is "fixed".
I know nothing about jogging strollers, is that a common thing with them? How do you turn?

Nobody?

A lot of them don't have swivel, but it's kind of a pain unless you're a really serious runner. You have to lift the front of the stroller to turn. I've always bought the ones with a swivel wheel that you put a pin into to make it fixed if you want.

Hmm. Well, it's only $30 and I'm gonna use it to jog/walk around our neighborhood and there's not too many turns...So I don't think it'll be too much of a problem

Fixed front wheel serves well for serious runner and tight routine exercise, while swivel is better for light jogging, and shopping in between (easier steering on the aisles and curvy turning). But And not all stroller is typically like that. So, it really depends on what kind of stroller that you really need.
