Cracking noise??

Sometimes when Little Miss is doing her usual ninja routine in there I here a cracking noise coming from my belly. Like the noise when people crack their knuckles.
I know all my joints crack every so often, but I was wondering is it possible that theres something wrong?
I know the noise isnt me because Im not usually moving when it happens. Last night it was so loud that my boyfriend heard it.
What could it be?

i have to say i have never heard of this before! maybe u should check with a doc!
