Now that's just your opinion. It's not fact. What is fact is that you can't really be alive if you're brain dead. A fetus doesn't get adiquit brain waves until 24 weeks gestation. Until that time, it's more camarable with a brain dead patient. I mean, it's "hooked" to a "host". It cannot survive without the mother, like a brain dead patient can't survive without machines.

During this period the organs and systems mature and become functional, although different systems develop at different points thought this period. You said here that anything that has a heartbeat is a human life or something to that sort, correct? So if someone happened to find out they were pregnant at 4 weeks and immediately aborted, would that be ok, since the fetus's heart doesn't start beating until late 5 to early 6 weeks?
