baby registry - What to put on for a 4 month old?

Alright so my cousin is throwing me a baby shower on may 17th, by daughter will be nearly 4 months (we couldn't do it before she was born). So all you ladies who have babies 4 months or older, what would you suggest putting on the registry?
anything you couldn't do without?
I'm kind of clueless as to what I'll need after that age, what I can take off, etc.

i would put lots and lots of onesies and diapers!!!!

Ask for all sizes of clothing. That way you don't have ONLY 3-6 & 6-9 month clothes.
Diapers
Wipes
Jumperoo and/or Exersaucer
Teething toys

play mat... like the ABC foam one Forward facing carseat, pampers Bibsters..... you will want them when your little one starts eating solids I really like the Bumpkins bibs, but they are expensive. High chair and TOYS!!!
