Has anyone tried this? I have and i think it would really work if i stuck to it they have a cardio one and an ab ripper oh my gosh its soooo hard. The ab workout is different because you NEVER do regular sit ups its different kinds that i would never think of doing. Its fast too you do something like 350 in 15 minutes...ive got the legs and butt one, the ab one, and the cardio...anyways i would like to tell you ladies these kick my ass! I weigh 129 right now and im 5'5'' and 8 months pp. Just want to hear others opinions on these!
