calculating

Hi My names Jasmine and this is my first child and im seriously lost on these things so i just wanna ask and say that my last ultra sound was april 24thh and it said the baby was 9 weeks 2days old.. .and so today that makes me 11 weeks 6days and i wanted to know that if the ultrasound was right or could be right ? I'd also like to ask the mothers out there if i count back the days and weeks and where ever it lands is that the time i got pregnant around? I really need answerss please. .
