Fraternal twins do not get twin to twin transfusion syndrom. She lied about being pregnant, lied about twins and then lied about their death. She then lied about a funeral and getting rid of all their stuff in the "nursery".

Fraternal twins do not share a placenta. This is something that ca only affect twins sharing a placenta which can happen with identical twins only

I hate people who make up lies like this because they hurt those who really went through that
