Slim Fast

Is there anyone out there who is using Slimfast and liking how it works. I am thinking about trying it because it is easy, cheap, and good tasteing! Also because I am breastfeeding and need lots of nutrients.

Since your breastfeeding, I wouldn't start on any diet.

well it is supposed to suppliment for one meal, so i dont know if it's good to do when you're bf because you need good nutritian(even though i know it is packed with nutrients). but don't quote me on this because i'm not a dr. or anything. but dieting when bf is kind of like dieting when preg, you want to eat balanced healthy meals.

no u need to eat well balanced meals..ull loose enough weight after breastfeeding...but if u stop breastfeeding ill let u know that i drink a slimfast every morning and afternoon...for awhile i was hungry cuz its only 190 calories but now im used to it and ive lost some weight from it...but good dieting and excercise will do the same thing
