so far 6 months. But I have been in it a year and a half on and off.

do I need a primary care provider or can my gyno prescribe me this? My BMI is in the high 30's.

Hey guys, I registered after finding this thread via google..does anyone have any leftover phentermine they can sell to me? By ebay or whatever you prefer..I'm so desperate to lose weight, but dont have the resources to get a prescription/etc ):
I noticed some people disliked it and stopped taking it so I was hoping it could be put to good use lol

The only side effect that i had was a little dry mouth if I didnt get enough water in. I use the beaded fastin which is a lower MG the adipex is a bit strong for me. I get mine from a weight loss clinic in dunwoody ga. The doctor gives them to me. I have lost a total of 50 LBs in three months with taking these along with their shake and food program. This program is teaching me a lot about the right and wrong foods! Every one is very supportive here! Thanks!! Good luck to everyone, now lets start losing more weight!

Yikes.

Has anyone taking this had hair loss? My hair is shredding like crazy..its already much thinner than what it was. I don't know if its the pills or if its the not eating enough for what my body needs. I don't eat much on them but I do try. Only been on them not quite a month and dropped 13lbs so maybe its the rapid weight loss? I go back Monday so ill ask then but just was curious if anyone else had this? Also I was not extremely overweight to begin..started at 155 and now 142 at 5'4 wanted to get to the 120s before I stopped the pill but looks like I may just have to give it up.
