I weigh 135.4 most days, the lowest I've got is I think 134.6   Although I know I will be gaining eventually lol. But I'm still proud of myself.

I stepped on the scale this morning thinking there wouldn't be a change since last weeks weigh in (which 7 days ago I was 188.6) & low & behold I had a 7 lb weight loss! I started my Cymbalta for my depression which makes me have even less of an appetite so i am pretty sure it's that on top of the phen making me lose so much,& that's only the 30mg of Cymbalta I start the 60mg tomorrow.

wow that's amazing, I figured most depression meds make you hungrier/gain more! is Cymbalta an exception I'm guessing  

I haven't posted in a while, but I have made some progress...I am down 19lbs! Starting weight 230, Current weight 211.

I lost about 7 lbs but lately I haven't been wanting to take the meds because I get insomnia too bad   Anyone else battle with this?

i havent slept in 3 days. well i have buts its only about 2 hours each day.

Hello, I have a script for phentermine. I want to start taking it as soon as I get my IUD put it. (I don't want to get pregnant while taking it.) I've used it in the past, It helped me lose 30lbs. I didn't work out or anything so as soon as I stopped taking it, I gained all the weight back. I am currently 5'2 and 133lbs. I would love to be around 105-110lbs.

Hey ladies! I ahve been on phentermine on and off for the past 6 months!1

I have went from 290 to 240 so far. My goal wight is 160-180.

Pictures of before and after. when I take a new one ofter my period is over. lol

Anyone know how much weight you have to be to get phentermine?

I was barely overweight when I first went in... & got another month supply when I was no longer overweight. it just depends I guess
