Restarted my phen today,been off it for like a week? When I stopped I was 189.6 & today I am 191.6 (I'm just getting off my period so I'm hoping that's where the 2 lbs is coming from). Lost 24 lbs the first time. Hoping for atleast another 20 lbs this time! If I get to 169 I will be ecstatic!

Is it normal for my body to start all over since being off it for a week? Like I have the shakes,hot flashes,nausea & I feel like I'm on crack ha ha.

lol, I'm sure it is. I didn't get headaches as much as I did the first wk of ever taking it, but I'd still occasionally get shaky

The first 4-5 days last month when I first started the phen I got bad headaches but so far today nothing, just the shaky nauseous feeling & when first stand up it feels like my body isn't my body if that makes any sense.

Yep I understand. I started snacking a little more so I wouldn't feel nauseous as often

I snack on crackers throughout the day & have to eat some before taking my phen even though I'm not supposed to eat before it but if I don't I just puke it up.

I am 1.4 lbs away from a 30 lb weight loss! My start weight was 210 (June 5th) & today I am 181.4! I haven't been this weight since 2009!

i have lost almost 10lbs since getting pregnant, but i am doomed to gained a lot more than i have lost.
i already cant wait to get back in shape. lol

i quit using it for two weeks. gained back about 5 lbs but im about to get on my period coming up too so whateve.r im gonna start it back up tomorrow.
