Yes be happy. Anytime I start to feel discouraged..I just look at those before pics lol

Wow that's amazing !!   good job ! Are you still taking the pills or no ? I'm afraid of gaining it all back... & we're about the same, you're 5'3, I'm 5'4 & would like to be 125-130

Nope and I haven't gained any back  

How are you built? I have DD's still even with the weight loss..my butt and thighs are smaller but by no means are they "skinny".

How are your daily eating habits ? & most of my fat is right on my stomach & thighs. Like my face, arms, legs etc. look fine, so it almost looks like I'm pregnant   I have pics of me in a ptot of mine, I'm on my phone or I'd post them here, even though they're nasty

I still eat gluten free and basically the same as I started off when I first lost weight (on my profile is what I did..do now)

I also go to the gym almost every day. That helps a lot.

I also keep a food journal and write what i eat all day and the workout I do...it keeps me motivated and then I also dont over eat either.

i just started taking phen on thursday. i had lost 25lbs on my own (since september 2011) and then in february it just stopped. no matter how little or how much i ate i could NOT break past 163. my dr. told me to try these for 3 months and see if it helps   i am really excited.

i was 167 when i was at the drs last wednesday (i fluctuate between 164-167) and today (5 days later) i am 160   so i lost 4-7lbs depending on how you wanna look at it.
