how tall are you ?? my friend was BFing , well she still is but not that much since her daughter is 3. but when she stopped BFing as much, & eating right & working out, her weight started to fall off. what all does your friend do, besides the phentermine of course, like in terms of what she eats & what work outs she does ?

the phen is doing well for me, I'm just currently stuck at 140 after losing 10 lbs the first month.

5'4.

She just has been eating healthy and walking a lot. I weigh way to much for my height.
This is me right before finding out I was pregnant still weighing 180 is lbs

you do not look 180!! how tall are you? (sorry if you already answered that lol). i am 5'4'' and currently 155 and you look a hell of a lot better then me!!

i agree you dont look 180 at all.
i am 6'1" and look like you at 187lbs!

5'4. And I was 180 something. I weighed this morning and I'm 187 and flabby.

I liked my body but hated the number on the scale. I couldnt understand how people thought I looked good when I knew I was fat and weighed too much.

I'm also 5'4 & you looo nothing close to 180 !! 150, tops. Looks like all the fat is in your boobs maybe, LOL

Huh. Down to 138 today... Hope it stays that way. I still haven't gone down a pant size though... Still 9-11. Idk, I guess the weight is coming off other places ? Anyone else like this

Thanks. That was right before I found out I was pregnant.
This is me now weighing the exact same amount. I need to tone like a mother. But it's depressing tht even when people say I look good that when I look on the scale it say that much. I don't get it. I see someone who looks like thy weigh 300 lbs even in the first picture I posted. And since having Kinsley it's gotten worse on how I perceive myself.

It's depressing. But I'm trying to stick out nursing a year at least.  

If I keep crying everytime I get dressed though I might have to stop so I can take this and lose.

that picture looks good too ! honestly, the only places I see that are bigger, are your breasts. lol. your stomach isn't close to huge. maybe your arms ? I can't really tell cos of your pose but yea... don't be so hard on yourself !

i have lost 34lbs total since september 2011 and i have barley gone down a pant size. i bounce back and forth from size 12/13 and size 14/15 (i was a 14/15 when i was 189 in september, i am 155 now). but my stomach has gone down ALOT from those 34lbs so i just figure my hips got bigger with pregnancy?? lol

i honestly don't care about my pant size because i don't have any complaints about the way my hips/butt/legs look. as long as i get my flat stomach back i would be happy! haha

that is definitely true, if I keep losing & my stomach looks smaller then I don't care either what pant size I'm in. I guess I'm just over-thinking it lol. I did get down to a 3/4 & this was after pregnancy so I guess I'm thinking I will go down again... blah, lol. how are you doing on it ??

still at 155. i planned on starting the pills again last on thursday and i think i have only taken it one day since then   i just keep forgetting cause i have been busy. i need to set an alarm or something so i can get back into the habit of it again!

yeah i know i am really happy with it   i still have 6 weeks until a wedding that i have to go to that i wanna wear a dress too, so i am hoping i can lose 7-10 more lbs before then
