Yea I felt weird but it was good lol. I smoked cos I was getting a tattoo today, I didn't eat the 5 hrs it took so I didn't have the munchies too bad apparently, hah.

& to them other person who commented, yes I will try & keep this updated.

okay so I started at 150.5, I didn't weigh myself the morning I took my first pill, but it's what I weighed the day before, I think...

well this morning it said 146.8. pretty sure my scale works & everything, I mean idk the last time it said 146...   & all I had to eat today is a banana. I know it sounds like I am starving myself but I am legit not hungry.

Everybody says that... & I know the scale is a "decent" number. but I honestly don't think so..  
If only I could lose 10lbs I'd be happy.

I just went & looked at that pic you uploaded today, damn where would you lose it from or want to lose it from ? your stomach area ? you look flat ! you should be happy w/ yourself the way you are, I know it's easier said than done though

Yeah my stomach area. Like my actual STOMACH is alright (could use some toning though..), but I have these fat & flabby love handles that are just so gross. I can tell whenever I gain weight, even just a pound, it all goes to my love handles.. ugh.

& everyone says that's the hardest area to lose weight from...

I know exactly what you mean, my love handles are smurfing AWFUL. I actually have some pics in my ptot weight loss thread, but you might go blind   I've heard it's hardest to lose weight from there as well   smurfing lame

I know when you weigh yourself in the a.m. it's most accurate, but when exaxtly ? Cos I did it as soon as I woke up & it said 146.0 then I did it a few times now & it says 145.4...

& idk if I'm gonna keep losing the next few days, I just started my period   Augh

i thought after you use the bathroom when you get up, thats when you are supposed to weigh yourself and its the most accurate.
i could be wrong though.

I always weigh right after my morning piss, tmi but yea. The doc says that is the best time to weigh. ha
