Dr. Phil today!!

Holy crap did anybody see Dr.Phil today? I want to know what everyone thinks!!!
In case you didn't see it.....a guy got a girl pregnant. She gave the baby up for adoption against his say. Oregan law says it is OK! He wants the baby. Oregan won't give him the baby.

more details** he's 35, she's 20, he is a recovering drug addict, she's controlled by her parents.....

Thats wrong if he wants the baby he should be able to raise his own child.

did they not give him the baby cause he is a recovering drug addict? or did that not have any relevance to whether or not he got the baby, or was it just the state law? That's kind of sad tho.. what happened at the end of the show?

He wasn't there at the birth..so I don't think so. Dr.Phil seems to be on his side.

That sucks for the dad. Usually dad's dont step up to the plate... I think if he's willing to step up they should give him HIS baby. ... I was watching Maury though, & those girls are getting me mad!! They act all tough on the show but when they lock them up they start crying. I didnt cry when I got locked up lol...

I know...I'm disgusted! I can understand adoption, but when a father wants his own kid...terrible.

Yeah those girls think they are gangsta until they get locked up...trust me I encountered a lot of those girls...they are all talk (I'm a high school teacher).

I know it gets me mad. I mean I was bad Ill admit it... but I did not act anything like that!. I had respect for my mom... lol and i didnt go around acting hard with ppl...

NO kidding no person should have their parental rights taken away just becuz the other parent doesnt want the child. He should be able to take care of his child rather than being adopted its just not right. I'm watching it now to see what happens.

I was hopeing Dr.Phil would have said that he would help get the father the baby...but I suppose that could backfire somehow...I dunno
