Going back to breastfeeding?

I stopped breastfeeding my daughter several days ago (It was so stressful, and she had a lot of trouble latching) since shes been on only formula she only poops 1-2x a day, shes very gassy, fights her bottle (like she wants it but pulls and pushes away from it and gets fussy), shes also a lot more fussy


I want to try to breastfeed again, my breasts are still swollen, and lumpy (lol) and milk is still coming out, so do you think I still can? Even after not pumping or breastfeeding for almost a week?

You'll never know until you try.  
It may take a little extra work, but just keep at it and eventually both of you will be pros. Invest in a nipple shield - that may help.

Don't forget that exclusively pumping is an option as well. I have been EPing for almost 4 months now. Even if you don't get enough milk to completely feed your baby, ANY breastmilk is better than no breastmilk, and it's all better than formula. Mine are too. I needed to use a nipple shield for the first 4 months.

Yes don't give up! Buy a nipple shield.

and put her on the boob the nipple shield helped me out tremendously good luck and try not to stress out

Like mentioned above, you could always pump!! I am due in a few weeks & hav flat nipples too, if BF doesn't work out, I plan on pumping if I can!!
