what is a good amount? I need to neglect my kids a bit but still avoid posting too much.

I'd say 5k is a good amount. As long as it's done during times when your kids really need you.

I'm pretty sure they're illegal here, I've only heard of them on bg. Me and my eldest have NEVER picked our noses. It makes me quesy. He told me his dad did, he was disgusted! My youngest sits with both fingers up his nose, it's just delightful.
