Abortion Legal in Canda for the full 9 1/2 months of pregnac

So i was driving out of high river the other day and noticed a massive billboard stating that it is legal all across canada to get an abortion right up untill you deliver...This SHOCKED me i had no clue thatcanada has no restrictions on abortion. They gave a website on the ad www.abortionincanada.ca Now i know most moms on Baby G are pro life or think abortion is murder but i think we are an over poplulated planet and it is the womans choice to get an abortion, excpecially if there is something wrong with the fetus or there are terrible complications. Now i know this thread is going to EXPLODE with opinions so play nice and respect each others thoughts. Please.

I don't even know what to say about this.
I am pro-choice, but to a certain extent. I don't agree with young girls who keep having abortions because they don't know how to use a freaking condom. I also don't agree with getting an abortion so late in the pregnancy. That is horrible.

9 months abortion.. you might as well wait and give it up for adoption.. I can maybe understand in the first weeks of pregnancy.. but shit... you already have the stretchmarks.. and the weight gain.. you might as well opt for adoption when you are that far along

I wouldn't say most, but I would guess it to be a 50/50 thing... Personally I don't care what canada does.. I don't live there, it doesn't affect me, and I'm not about to go out and get an abortion, that's just not me. How ever, if some one felt that at that time they had to do it, it's for them to live with the guilt, not me, so I really don't care. That's their soul, their body and their baby. JMO

Right. I don't support it, nor do I bash it, but I think it's better all around to get it done before it becomes a fetus.

Also, at that point, adoption is always an option.

wow...i just read that....and its not true. well they dont follow those guidlines at all the clinics. My b/f and I went to a pregnancy councelling clinic in our city and they gave me all the info for the clinic in Alberta (they dont even do them in Sask) and they only do them to 21 weeks. I read a VERY detailed description of how they do them in the later stages, and it completly made me 100% sure I could never do that.

Maybe if someone wants an abortion they should have kept their pants on in the first place! I know there are some instances where a woman doesn't have a choice, if she was raped for example. A consequence of having sex is having a baby, so if you're not ready for a baby -- KEEP YOUR PANTS ON!!

you have to partially deliver the baby to do that...
