take it from me i wanted a baby and now am pregnant and i wish i would have waited i wish i had a career to support my baby i wish i had my own space and the baby's father and his mother and trying to take my baby so please dont get pregnant , i thought my boyfriend loved me but i was wrong and i rather cut my leg off then leave my baby with his mother

Jeez, kids today. I wasn't even sexually active at 15...

I was 18 when when got pregnant 19 when I had my son, and I did plenty of babysitting, ALOT of babysitting and it is nothing compared to having a baby of your own. enjoy being a teenager and stick to babysitting.

a baby is no joke at all. my daughter was not planned and yes i am scared to death. n i was your age once and ya i wanted a baby then but i had to stop and think did i really want to give up school, friends, n not being a teenager NO because i loved the fact of having friends going out every Friday night to the mall or movies. but now i am 18 going to be 19 in January with my 1st baby on the way she will be here in February 22nd. I love her to death and i wouldn't give her up but i waited to get off birth control until i was 18. So please don't bring a baby in this world if you not ready for it. they are a huge responsibly in life. wait until you are out of school. after the baby you don't just think about yourself but you are caring for another life. and everything you do you must think of the baby 1st not yourself. I love my little girl to death <3 Babysitting is not even the same to having you own kid.

I'm not gonna lie I was the same way in high but I did have my own income.
And couldn't get pregnant. I'm 19 still technically a teen mom.

Yeah , there are a lot of girls like that now.. Ever since 16 and pregnant, they think that teen pregnancy is fabulous. but 16 and pregnant doesn't make it look easy, it shows the truth.

Not really anymore...do you have any idea how much those girls get paid? Maybe they were struggling at first, but not now.

16 and pregnant girls don't make money. Teen mom girl's do. They have even said it them selves. Only if they are on teen mom do they get paided, and the ones who were just on 16 and pregnant are still struggling, there is one girl who has to work three jobs to support her daughter, and she goes to the college. A lot of them are still struggling to get by.

They get paid for 16 and pregnant, just not until filming is done.

As others have said, stay in school and get a good education and job so you can give your child the world.
After i had my unplanned pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, i was so crushed, I just felt i HAD to have a baby so i planned another with my bf of three years.
I realize now, that probably wasn't the best idea, i had a job, but then i got fired and have to rely on my boyfriends PART time job, so that isn't enough to get us our own place.
I'm going to have to work extra hard now, and need child care since im going to go to school and better myself, but i already know, its not going to be easy being a student and a mother.

Well that is stupid you should NOT live off of other peoples money and by you saying that proves that you are not ready!

The other girl was right, only if they make it to teen mom.
but some kids do see it as glamarizing,
I was in the store and this little girl was behind me and saw them on the magazine and then they lady with her explained she and the girls mother were teen moms and then the little girl asked if they were on the TV too.

Ok wow. Im 16 & im 13 weeks pregnant. Its harder than you think. Being a mother isnt super easy. I havent even had my baby yet & every day I get scared about how im gonna take care of my baby. My fiance is a marine too. Its still gonna be super hard. Its gonna be emotionally, physically, & financially hard. Dont ever think its gonna be easy cause its not at all.
