Does anyone know where I can find some reliable, good medical resources so I can look up info on a specific viral infection?

oh honey, im so sorry. i had mononucleosis myself (not a typical) and for any baby to get it just makes my heart hurt for them. it is quite unusual for very young children to get it, and i hope everything turns out just fine. how is he feeling?
