Having a hard time getting to sleep. As the days approach, it's getting even harder. I'm going to have to take something to help me sleep Tuesday night.

Hey all! Catching up   I'm so thrilled that we're (very likely) going through with IUI very soon. I can't wait to be pregnant again. I miss the belly, and the movements, and the excitement, and the baby the bonding   I just can't wait.
Wanted #2 : That's so exciting! Keep us updated

Just curious what you ladies think?

Will doctors sometimes postpone a surgery if you are sick? As in a cold that can amount to a bigger cold (pneumonia etc)...

My MIL wants us to come over tonight to see my nephew who lives in TN, because he's here visiting his other grandmother. But my other niece and nephew who live there are very sick - runny nose, sore throat, fever. I really don't want to chance it and have DH get sick. I think they will be mad but I can't have anything happen now.

Is that stupid of me to keep us home and not go over MILs?

Well if DH does catch that cold, the chances that symptoms will develop before his surgery are slim. It takes about 48-72 hours. But I don't think he'd want to be sick while recovering.

That is true... We were there last night so I don't want to chance it again. And your right about recovering. That wouldn't be fun. So I'm not overreacting?

Hey guys! So i've totally been MIA for the last little while because i've been trying really hard not to stress and avoid all the anxiety of being pregnant. Tomorrow marks WEEK 12 for us!! This is the furthest we've ever made it! I'm so freaked out though because i don't feel pregnant anymore aside from being tired.But i'm having the worst time sleeping. I just can't get comfortable and ive been trying so hard to only sleep on my left side. Perhaps i'm over reacting lol. We have a new king sized bed on order and it should be in within the next two weeks, i can't wait!!!

I use my doppler every day just to ease my mind and listen to babes heartbeat. My DH doesn't know i do it daily....whenever i ask him if he wants to listen, which is like every couple days he doesn't get overly excited about it. He thinks i'll "over play" it. I said to him last night that i could never over play my own childs heartbeat. I could listen to it all day every day!!! So my first appointment with my OB isn't until Dec 13th. It's killing me to wait so long. I know then it'll probably be another week that i'll get an ultrasound if not longer. She may just wait for my 18-20 week scan because i'll be 14 weeks anyways when i see her. I REALLY hope they can do one right away and then again for the anatomy scan!!

Glad to see everyone is doing so well though...it took me awhile to catch up and read all the posts!

Thanks, i'm pretty excited. I'm going to tell my co-workers this week. They are probably all whispering behind my back and suspect it anyways but this will be confirmation for them. I work with all women so the rumors spread quickly lol. We did the same with the last girl that got pregnant....we were talking about it for weeks before she announced!

I haven't decided yet. I have to wait until we have a team meeting and we are all together so i'm not too sure when that will be. We are also SUPER busy so i can't spend a lot of time talking about it. My supervisor is such a wench i really hate her so i feel like she's going to take all the fun out of it. Infact she knew i was going throug IVF because of all the time i needed off....the other week she knew i wasn't feeling so great, she came right up to me and flat out asked me if it was morning sickness. I was in such shock i just told her yet but so wasn't ready for her to know yet. And then she had the nerve to ask me if she could announce it. I freaked out and told her no, she couldn't say a word to anyone. I was just mad that she put me in that position to tell her before i was ready!!!
