OMG YAY!!!! That's amazing- I'm so excited for you! Does it not take a long time for the donor sperm to be shipped? Just curious, because if DHs surgery is not successful that's probably the route we will take.

We did! We got a 32" TV from Target, a windows tablet, a bunch of clothes, and I don't know what else. He stayed out all night shopping. He's still not home.

No, not at all. Labor really isn't that bad. It's just kinda scary to think about. It hurts (not to sugar coat it). But it's over quickly and you kinda forget about it after you hold your little one

Thanks   I hope it works out. I'm worried that OHSU (the place we get the sperm from) won't be open that day.

We actually pick our sperm up. So we'll go the morning of IUI and pick it up, go straight to the doctor's office, and get knocked up

Sorry for my many posts... but yay! I'm glad you guys decided on a back up plan (not saying you'll need it). I hope we can do it together.... If I get pregnant with this IUI cycle, I'll be due 9/16/13. Get the same due date woman!   lol

Awesome deals! We didn't go shopping this year, we went into the city and saw "how the grinch stole Christmas" play. Really cute!

That's awesome that you have it all set up. I'm so excited for you! Yeah we really want to be parents regardless so it's definitely our back up. We both have different views but I'm hoping we can sort through them as time goes on if that's what we have to do.

If we do IVF, my due date would be in October   sooner if we end up having to do IUI with donor.

We have a little bit but since we disagree more than we agree we figure it's best to wait until we know the gender before getting all serious about it.
