I'm sorry for the loss of your friend :"(
That's heartbreaking

Oh wow! How, if you don't mind me asking?

On the 18th it was the 1 year ann of my BG friend passing away. I'm sure most of you read the threads.. She passed away from an amniotic embolism after delivering her second daughter. I became friends with her because we was a fellow TTC'er with PCOS. She was a great person, I'm so sad she can't see her daughters grow up. We're friends on Facebook as well, I keep checking her page for posts because I still don't want to believe she's gone.

I bet you will ovulate sooner! Are you trying naturally or IUI? I would definatily BD tonight, just to be save!

Quoting Mrs.O♥:" I have probably already said this, but is there a siggy for this group? I'd love to put one on my profile, I'm more active in this TTC thread than any others. If not, maybe someone could make one?"

We don't have a siggy but I think one should be made for us! Does anybody know of any siggy makers on BG? I had a couple friends on here who made siggys but they don't use BG anymore.

It really is. All she ever wanted to do is be a mom, she loved being a homemaker. Since that happened to my friend I worry that something might happen to me when I deliver my second child.

We're doing IUI and my next appointment with my RE isn't until Saturday. My cervix is also getting into the position for O. This is very odd, I still have 1 more day of Clomid. I've tested with an OPK before around CD7 and I hardly had a second line. We've been BD'ing every other day since CD 4.. I hope this cycle is it for us!

I found this on www.peeonastick.com. Maybe the Clomid is impacting the OPK?!?!
I'm taking Clomid or Femara to induce ovulation. Will that affect my OPK results? Generally speaking, neither Clomid nor Femara will affect your OPK results; women who take these drugs can continue to use OPK's. However, there may be an issue if you begin using the OPK's too close to the time you take your meds (normally not a problem because the drugs are taken earlier in the cycle than you would use an OPK.) To be sure, ask your doctor, but you will probably be able to use OPK's during medicated cycles.

I just got pregnant on clomid. I have read and been til not to use opk's until at least 4 days after your last pill or it could show a false positive. I took the pills day 5-9 and took an opk's day 11 and got a positive, but didn't truly O til day 16.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Getting nervous for DHs surgery! It's gonna be here so soon. And I know this sounds lame, but I'm starting to get nervous for pregnancy and labor   I know I have a LONG time to prepare myself but for some reason I think about it and get a sick feeling in my stomach. Is this normal to be so nervous and worried now?

Its a very exciting time and with the excitment come all the questions. I am getting a little nervous too. I didn't realize how close I am to a possible BFP up until yesterday, when it hit me all the sudden. I sometimes wonder how life with two will be and frankly at times the thought scares me. Starting meds tomorrow!!!

Thank you! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving too!

His surgery is coming up quickly! I hope they find lots of swimmers. Don't worry about pregnancy and delivery. Your body is designed for it. It's an awesome experience. I don't see why it would be abnormal for you to be nervous about it in advance. You've been mentally preparing for this for years

We had a wonderful thanksgiving! Did you get any good Black Friday deals?

I'm so glad that I'm not insane for thinking and worrying now.
