I am stopping birth control the day after tomorrow and retrieval is planned for the first week of December. (If I pass my baseline that is). How are you? Less than 2 weeks until your DHs surgery, right?

No, stopping BC on the 18th, baseline on the 21st and stims starting on the 23rd if everything is ok. Hopefully transfering a healthy embryo during the second week of December.....and a BFP right before Christmas!

I hope they will find some healthy swimmers! Having my fingers crossed for you two. What is the date?

Are you on BC or Lupron? I read that you are hoping to be cycling in December if they find viable sperm? We could be pretty close together!

I have IBS and am scared of starting Met, because I cant work up to a dose, I just have to take 1k at a time and then deal with it.

Pointless post maybe, but any one have any tips for readjusting to it?

I have a question-
I've had my period for 2 days now and now its pretty much gone?!
Is it maybe because of the cyst I have and the one I had a couple weeks ago that bursted? I'm confused because this has never happened. My AF usually lasts 4-5 days

Not sure. Are you on some kind of BC, similar to what they do prior to IVF?
Ever since they put me on BCP my periods are very weak and short.

The cyst that stopped us from doing iui last cycle is gone!! Started 7.5mg of femara today.

I just googled the meds he gave me this is what it is-
Norethindrone is a form of progesterone, a female hormone. Norethindrone prevents ovulation (the release of an egg from an ovary). This medication also causes changes in your cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and harder for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus.
Norethindrone is used for birth control (contraception) to prevent pregnancy
. Norethindrone is also used to treat menstrual disorders, endometriosis, or abnormal vaginal bleeding caused by a hormone imbalance.
Norethindrone may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medicine

I'm kinda upset knowing its a BCP. He didn't tell me that! He said to take 2x a day and come back in 2 weeks for a check up. He said it would help shrink the cyst. I'm confused now. I haven't been on BC since 2008. I wish he would have told me what the medicine really was. Instead of me finding out online  

I've been reading of women that have a 24 cm cyst and normally they are surgically removed. I wonder if thats what is going to happen if it doesn
t shrink? I dont have time to take off work to have surgery. I hate this crap!! I have used almost all my PTO's for re apts and pretty soon I will have none.

This makes month #2 of no fertility treatments  
I had my HSG last month and it was clear and now I have to take another month off for this stupid cyst. I am seriously upset!
