Not at all. Excited for you!!

Just got back from our trip to the Bahamas. Didn't start out so well! The day we left (Wednesday) I was having lower abdominal pressure and pain which got worse on the plane. By the next morning it was close to excruciating so we got to spend the first day of our vacation at the Lucayan Medical Centre. I thought for sure it had to be a bladder infection and was dismayed not to get a diagnosis at all, as that was my only hope for getting the pain to go away. I did get to have an ultrasound though and baby was dancing away!

When we got back to the hotel I forced my bowels to move out of sheer desperation and felt better instantly. Who knew? Vacation was great after that!

Aaaand I just got my home doppler and found a heart beat! This device is amazing and is going to give me so much peace of mind.

Ok guys... Have to breathe... 11 days DPO and..

Just got a bfp!!!!!

I've got one of those dopplers as well and I love it!! Can pick baby's heartbeat up almost right away at about 171-174 each time.

Glad you had a nice vacation. I wish I could go away like that!!

We just went to see our family dr on the weekend to gets referral to an OB. It's so stupid the way the system works here, but either way I'm excited to hear when our first OB appointment will be. I can't wait for another ultrasound to see my little peanut especially because the last one was so rushed and not the least bit enjoyable for us.

Congrats! That's so exciting. We got our bfp our first round of IVF and I couldn't believe it!! I wish you an easy and healthy pregnancy!!

Sorry to hear about your first day of vacation but glad the baby is okay and the rest of your time was great! What kind of things did you do? Weather nice!!

IVF ladies-

Is it okay to be active during treatment? Obviously not the day of retrieval or transfer, but during the week of injections is it okay to work out? I don't do anything intense, just walk a little less than a mile a day & yoga.

It was pretty chilly so we didn't get to hang out in the water as much as I'd wanted too, plus I'm still really nauseated half the time so that put a damper on doing a lot of stuff. For Friday we just hung out at the resort beach and Saturday we rented a car and drove to my gorgeous, gorgeous Gold Rock beach. It was just as beautiful as I remembered it! But besides being chilly the weather was beautiful for our entire stay.

It's fine to work out, you just might not feel like doing much. When I did my cycle I only had two eggs so I didn't have much bloating but my friend said she felt like she was carrying around bowling balls in her ovaries.

Haha!! Good to know! Thank you. My yoga routine is basically strengthening and balancing so it's not as intense as like going for a run lol, thanks again we will see how I feel.
