Aw I wish I could be of help, but i'm honestly clueless about what a normal estradiol level should be with IUI. Are you doing a trigger shot with it? My level was in the thousands when I triggered, but I was on high doses of stims... so I'm sure your situation would be different. I would call your nurse again to ease your worries! Sorry I don't have a better answer girl  

I just got the long awaited call from RE's office! Out of the 19 eggs retrieved and mixed with DH's swimmers on Friday... 13 have grown into healthy embryos!!! RE wants to see how they grow overnight and make the decision in the morning if we will transfer tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday. Almost there!

I'm doing trigger, but *hopefully* not IUI. We're doing a PCT to see if we can bypass IUI this cycle. Ah, I knew this cycle was mostly trial and error anyway... Just trying to not do injections again. Oh well. I go in at 7 in the morning. I'll update then.
