Wow I can't get my DH to do it 3 days in a row. He physically has a hard time doing it more than 2 days in a row. His sex drive sometimes seems so low it drives me nuts. But I can't complain I found out my sister in law and brother in law hadn't had sex in over 3 months. That is insane!!!! I get cranky if it's not at least once a week!!

I tried metformin about 8 years or so ago when I was TTC DS. I could only tolerate it for about 2 weeks (made me super sick and no appetite). So, I am at least happy to not have to take it again. I'm really hoping the Femara did the trick this month since I had to skip the last dose. My CM seems to be increasing but is (TMI) lotion-y right now.

Just a quick update. I went to the doc on valentines day. My husband had all sorts of jokes about getting some from someone at least. Actually the nurse kinda implied it also lol. I decided to not go to the fertility specialist because my ob is going to give me the same treatment and probably save me money. He also is in contact with the fertility specialist and he is the only one in my area. He said if I didn't have a dominant follicle during my scan he would scan me everyday in the morning for free to see if one develops. So I will be starting femera next cycle and hopefully he will let me do a trigger shot. We didn't talk about doing the hsg I forgot. But I think really my problem is I'm not ovulating!!! Anyway that is what's going on here good luck and hope to see more BFP's soon!!!!

Mine was also on cd 9 or 10 and then I started to feel dry as a bone which is not normal for me ever now I feel an increase again. It's very weird. I'm not sure what to think?? No TMI right we all know we stick are fingers in places and pay attention to things that no one ever wants to know or admit to right? lol

Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to come in and give you all an update in regards to my appointment today. The doctor spoke with me about the notes from my surgery (ectopic pregnancy). According to the notes, the incision made on my right tube was fairly small and the left tube has minimal damage. He also stated that it seems as if all else is normal being that my husband's sperm analysis was great. He explained that since tubal disease is our only issue, our chances of conceiving via IVF is fairly high. He insisted that he wouldn't recommend IUI because we had 3 failed cycles prior to my ectopic pregnancy. He suggests that we try to conceive for 3-6 months after my husband returns from his deployment and proceed with IVF if it doesn't happen.My appointment went really well and he made me feel as though my infertility issues were minor. He answered all of my questions and ensured that I understood every detail of the notes from my surgery as well as what options would help us reach our goal in becoming parents. Lastly, he asked if an HSG had been done after my surgery in 2011. I told him no. He scheduled me for an HSG on March 5. Icouldn't believe it because flying to Greece on March 9th to see my husband......and I'LL BE OVULATING!!! I don't want to psyche myself out or spoil our vacation by focusing on getting pregnant, but the timing for everything has fallen into place perfectly. As far as natural remedies to help reduce scar tissue and adhesion on my tubes, I've been taking Serrapeptase (capsules) , Yi Mu Cao (tea), Xi Xian Cao (tea), using a castor oil pack eating healthy and working out 5 days a week. I feel great and my stress levels are low (homework sucks sometimes...hehe). I wanted to ask you all if you think having unprotected sex only 4-5 days after an HSG is suitable? Overall, today was an awesome day.

Sounds like you have a great doc and got lots of good news! Also, maybe it's a sign that everything seems to be falling in to place for your trip. Like you said try not to make the vaca about "baby-making" and just enjoy your hubby.   As for sex after your HSG, I can't see any reason not to. I had no issues after mine, maybe minor cramping for a few hours, but that's it. Good luck mama!

You can. My insulin and glucose are within normal range (glucose is 97, fasting).
But I had a testosterone level of 97, the "pearl-like" ovaries and no period for 160 days. I think my insulin/glucose being normal is due to my diet.

Yeah, I would pull my hair out!...lol

I think I did O though. I had EWCM two/three days ago, cramps and a shooting pain near my left ovary and my boobs hurt...

Well ladies... we're officially in the IVF home stretch. Triggering tonight and egg retrieval at 9am on Friday! I am beyond nervous but so hopeful. I have 18 measurable follicles - hopefully lots of eggs!

My blood levels are still coming back high risk for OHSS, ugh. RE has put me on a preventative medication (Dostinex?) and has given me some guidelines to follow to hopefully prevent it. We've made it so far, I just hope everything turns out okay.
