I'm on a metformin break myself right now. Sometimes it just gets to the point where I can't take it anymore.

I would love love love to adopt. Honestly, I've already accepted the fact that that's our next step if IUI doesn't work.

For those who have done IUI, I can go on with my regular schedule right? I know my doctor mentioned that but I just want to be safe. I do yoga regularly, almost daily and was wondering if that's pushing it? Should I wait to resume that for a week or so?

Ugh. I can imagine. Last time I only lasted 2 weeks on it, but they did start me at 1000mg. If I have to take it, I'm starting at 500!

Thank you! I'm not one for exercise either, yoga is the only thing I can do lol it lowers my anxiety and helps my hips which I had surgery on years ago

You can go back to your regular activities but I didn't.. I waited 3-4 days to resume my normal activities.

Do you have DVD that you do yoga to? I have bad anxiety, I was just put on BuSpar for it since it's pregnancy safe but I still don't feel comfortable taking it.

I'd like to do yoga.

Thanks girl!!!!

My other advice to you: if you have to be in Lexington early for retrieval or transfer, make sure you have plenty of time to get there! We hit massive traffic that would of put us 30 minutes late but luckily it cleared up fast and were only 5 mins late. But it's always a stop and go in the early hours of course.
