Yeah lol he's not the type to buy me something just randomly but if I want my feet rubbed or I want a drink and don't want to get up (lol) he's good for that! Hahaha so he will be a big help during pregnancy!

This is amazing to me. I think it it's great to have that option. Your DH sounds so supportive as well! I think it says a lot about a man who is able to look at the situation in that way. I wish you the best with everything!

Hello everyone , I wanted to say good luck to every one of you who are trying to have a baby!

With dh we tried conceiving our first baby since 2006. 2 years later with no luck on our side we decided to consult a Dr to find out what was going wrong. We were then directed to a fertility clinic. In 09 we finally found out dh had a low sperm count and that we had almost no chance of conceiving naturally, we were told ivf would be our best chance to ever have a child.
We started right away in March and and our very 1st bfp in may. We were over the moon but also very scared losing our baby.
Our 1st son was born Dec 28th very healthy baby even tho we had an eventful pregnancy.

In 2011 after feeling flu ish for over a month I went to the Dr. He made me take a pregnancy test and it came back positive. Biggest shock ever especially since we didn't think we would have anymore babies.
Our 2nd son is born may 2012.
After he was born I was advice to be on the mini pill just in case, clearly we could conceive naturally.

15th December 2012 we agreed on stopping the mini pill and see what would happen. We didn't think we d get pregnant especially not right away because I m still fully breastfeeding our then 7 months old baby.

Dec 30th again I felt sick and took a test witch said pregnant 3+ weeks. This baby has been conceived while on birth control. Who would have thought.
We 're so happy. And so glad we never lost hope of having a family of our own.

Right? I'm only on CD 11. Looking at my past cycles, I typically O on CD 16-17. I'm getting super anxious. Just hurry up already! I really want the 2WW to be over... so we're really looking at another 19-20 days. Not that I'm counting.

Welcome! And congrats on the kiddos! How many eggs/embryos did you get in your IVF cycle?

I know I haven't been active in this thread, but today was my last day of taking Clomid. This is my first cycle, and so far no side effects. Praying Clomid is the answer to our prayers!

Well this was a few years back but I think i had 23 eggs retrieved and 13 were viable by day 3.
we were advised to wait for day 5 and see how many would make it
in the end only 1 made it to day 5, dr weren't very optimistic since quality wasn't the best (kinda made us think it wouldn't happen for this time) but still had my BFP and my healthy perfect little boy

Good luck!!!!! I'm on my 3rd round at 150 mg. I had more side effects at 100mg than I did this time. Never anything horrible though just hot flashes and some minor headaches.
