So is it best to get a donor that's negative?

I would be get tested. If you are positive then there's no problem receiving sperm that is positive. It's just like chicken pox. If you've had it, then you can't get it again. Or if you don't want to get tested or can't then I'd only look for negative donors.

Date night tonight. Going out to dinner and to "millis wonderland" which is a drive through of Christmas lights. This really rich guy owns a lot of land, and decorates the whole thing in different Christmas displays, you can drive right though. It's only about 10-15 mins but it's very popular and you are usually waiting in line on weekends for about an hour.

Then we will end the night with donor searching  ... Gonna sit down and select one or two we like and purchase their baby photos. How romantic lol

Actually, I am super jealous because you have a new beautiful home!! But I know packing and even unpacking was pure torture, we moved into the apartment we are at now a year ago this month and I wanted to poke my eyes out. Made any progress, how's it coming along?

It would be coming along 100x better if I weren't still so damn sick.   I want sooooo bad to be able to just clean this place top to bottom before we unpack too much. I'd love to be able to paint too, but right now I just can't do it. Scott has done 70% of the packing/moving and the movers about 25%. Me about 5%. The problem is the the longer I'm on my feet/not LAYING down, the sicker I feel. I feel totally useless! I am determined the clean the fridge though. We still have all our fridge stuff at the old house. I can't stand the thought of moving our food to someone else's less than clean fridge. Gross! The rest will just have to get done when it gets done.

The more time I spend here though, the more I love this house.

It will all come together! I'm sure your husband doesn't mind doing a lot of it, and you need to rest for that baby!!   I'm glad your loving the house, it's really so beautiful!
