I'm getting so excited! January is going to be such an awesome month!   DS's birthday is the 16th, mine is the 19th, and IUI will be shortly after. It'll be a busy one. Maybe we can just skip my birthday. DH is already saying I'm almost 30. Jerk. I'm still 2 years away.

Right! I was referring to the donor sperm, I hate that it's so much... I really liked the donor too.

I know!!! Everytime I think about it I get so excited!

In the back of my mind I feel like as soon as I get my BFP I'm already going to be thinking about the next time lol. Is that horrible of me? I just want a house full of kids  

I also think about how Jace is going to be as a big brother. I think he's going to be so loving. I think it's going to be more difficult to co-parent then. I think he's going to want to stay with us more than go to his dads. And that's going to be hard to hear him saying he wants to stay and me having no choice in it.

Yeah I'm sure ill be the same way! I think I'm going to be scared even though that's so weird of me to say after waiting so long to get pregnant.

I can see jace wanting to stay. He's gonna be a geat big brother!!

I think fear is a natural reaction. I was scared with Jace. I started reading all the pregnancy books and it puts a sense of fear in you.

I can see all of us peeing on like 100 HPT (like in knocked up) to make sure it's real

Yeah it's true, I guess it's okay then that I feel this way.

OMG I just started laughing so hard thinking about that part in the movie, I can so see us doing that but in a happy way, they were like "smurf what are we gonna do". Like when she picks up the test and is like "what the f&@$ is this, what is this!!!!" And she's like "I think you picked up one of mine" haha

Hahahahaha!!!!   I watched that movie like 1000 times when I was pregnant with Jace. I can't wait to see This is 40.

I'm being so emotional right now. AF is due in the next few days so I suppose that's why. I'm sitting here looking at baby pictures of Jace and crying. I need to finish this paper. I'm awesome at procrastinating.

Off topic question for you, when you look at donors do you see where it says "cmv status", what does that mean when it says positive or negative. Kind of freaks me out...

I had to look it up. CMV (cytomegalovirus) is in the same family as herpes and chickenpox. Testing positive only means that that person has been exposed. About half of adults will test positive. If you contract it while pregnant it could lead to congenital defects.
