SO happy for you, that's amazing. I saw you questioning Amelia about how many blasts transfered and me just poking my nose into things wanted to share a piece of advice. Transfering multiple blasts could very well result in multiple pregnancy however more babies doesn't always mean HEALTHY babies. Please weigh out the risks associated with multiples. I too was in the same boat, and i really wanted to transfer 2 because the thought of only transfering one and it not sticking was terrifying and i figured i would kick myself for not transfering 2. Just make sure you choose what is right for you!!!

I know and I totally agree. With our first IVF we only had 3 eggs and all three of them fertilized and developed into beautiful 8 cell embryos. We decided to only transfer 1. It turned out to be a BFN. With our FET we decided to transfer both snowbabies (still 3 day embryos), I got a BFP, but unfortunately it was only a chemical. I think even if we get more than one blast we will do a single transfer again, but the longer this goes on the harder it is to make the "smart" decision.

Thanks guys!!! I'm hoping all of us get our BFP soon we all deserve them!! I know I have to wait a little longer, but I'm ok with it.

That's the spirit!!!   we all deserve a bfp! Ill be doing IUI in January too!

I just had my progesterone test with my RE's office.. I'll find out the results around 2:30pm

Hey ladies!


I feel so out of the loop! I haven't been on in over a week   It's been a crazy last 2 weeks. I accepted 2 jobs (within days of each other), quit 2... was talked out of quitting one, and was offered ANOTHER job yesterday. To top it off we had a house guest visit last night and DH asked me to deep clean the house (like shampoo the carpets, move furniture, clean the baseboards, ect). I'm so glad I had the last 2 days off to do all that cleaning.

I skimmed over the past 15 pages or so. Congrats to all the progress that's being made   DH and I decided that we're going to IUI in January anyway. We both don't want to wait and he can take 12 weeks off so at least the LO won't have to go to daycare/with a nanny. We're going to get the sperm donor consents signed (notarized) on Tuesday morning. I'm supposed to O around the 22nd. Looks like there will be 3 of us doing IUI in January   Hope to see lots of BFPs at the end of January or beginning of February!
