I want a baby.

i just turned 18 and for 2 years now i have wanted a baby. i am not trying to conceive at the moment. i never have because i'm not sexually active. i do have a boyfriend, he is a year older than me and we have talked about getting married and stuff. i have 4 sets of name already picked out for each gender, i go to online baby stores and look what what i would buy. i watch videos about breast feeding and giving birth. i feel obsessed. everything i do revolves around babies. I just want to know if there is anyone like me and if you have any suggestions about how i can occupy my time so i don't think too much about babies.

if you are 18 why does your profile say you are 21, and your name has the year 1990 in it [21]? -_-

I think you are a little young to think about babies. Why dont you go live your life?

Get a job, go to school... Have fun while you can, because going out goes out the window when you have kids.

There are a lot of things that aren't fun or glamourous about motherhood. Parenting is a whole lot more than picking cute names and clothes. Parenting is being exhausted and still having to be selfless. Parenting is sacrificing your fun and desires. Parenting is a whole ton of things aren't cute, sweet, or neat.
Do you have a career? A stable job? A place of your own? If not, its selfish to try and go there.

Quoting pilot Jess:" There are a lot of things that aren't fun or glamourous about motherhood. Parenting is a whole lot more ... [snip!] ... cute, sweet, or neat. Do you have a career? A stable job? A place of your own? If not, its selfish to try and go there."
All this!
