I think it depends on the context. I mean if someone is doing weightloss, they need to show their body.

Some show pregnant bellies (in a bra), I know I did. Pregnancy is beautiful.

As long as certain things are tastefully done, it doesn't really matter. I've never seen girls showing their vagina's or anything (unless it's a birth story)
