Its not that I have a problem with your opinion because everyone's entitled to their own but I'm saying a nationwide law. It is VERY illegal to abuse children in any state, even the south. No one reports it cause they don't wanna get involved or the kid doesn't know what to do because its all he or she is used to. I would check your resources again if I were you.

My mom works in law, and we still spank my nephew when he does wrong. It's not abuse. It's teaching a lesson. We dont hit hard enough to cause damage. We normally just pop him one time and he gets tge message. Corporal punishment is not abuse. If it was, my mom would have lost her job years ago, because she would spank my ass in public when I was little. Shes even done it infront of a police officer. I cried, but mainly because I was embarrassed more than hurt. All it's meant to do is get a point across.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying but that's alright. Law is in my blood for generations and I know it like the back of my hands. Spanking is different from corporal punishment. But I'll no longer be answering. This is ridiculous and all that would happen with this girls sister is CPS (child protective services) at their door.
