HELP ME PLEASE!!!! lol I know im preg and its part of the territory, but anything would be helpful ladies.”I'm in my 19th week and I was having REALLY bad back aches already. I think aside from my body adjusting to the extra weight gain and being pregnant, it's indured a lot from my car accident 2 yrs. ago. I was really worried about it so I asked my dr. Of course she didn't give me the answer I wanted to hear but she told me to buy those back supporters-which I already did when it started getting worse. I bought mine at a"Motherhood Maternity" store. I think it really helps, especially when you're already big. I was concerned at first because I thought the baby would be smushed, but it can be adjusted. Hope that helps a lil.
