I know, I don't even know why it was brought up in the first place. I tried calling him a number of times and left voicemails, I just want to talk to him. It's hard because he lives in Florida so it's not like I can just go over to his house and sit down and have a face to face conversation with him. He's so adamant about his views too, I just... I don't even know what to do. I wish I could just stop thinking about it.

I'm sorry about your father, my Mum had an abortion about 20 years ago. She struggled to feed me at the time, and the father wanted nothing to do with it, so she did the only thing she could do at the time to keep surviving, and she regrets it everyday. I hope he sees sense soon and talks to you!

I'd tell him it's none of his business what you do with your body, and he raised you that way.
And it's really unchristian to abandon your child and judge them, so he isn't really following his own rules of Christianity there.

My grandmother (the woman who raised me) is a hardcore Christian, and when I got pregnant for a second time and we couldn't afford it, the first person I went to was her and she paid for half of my abortion (was the pill, so it cost more), went with me to the clinic for moral support, and even made me dinner so I didn't have to cook that night. I was amazed.
People are weird, even our parents. You know you did the right thing, and that is what matters.

Yeah he's such a hypocrite, He used to be this big playboy and he's paid for many many abortions for tons of the women he was banging in his past but he discovered religion about 10 years ago and now it's like he feels since he repented he can rightly judge everyone else.
I don't get it. I just wish he wasn't so set in his ways.
