He's weaned for the most part, he nurses maybe 1 time a day or less so I just let him before I take it and I take it just once a day so...doesn't seem to, but I wouldn't want to take it if I was nursing full time, it would seem too risky.

no one has posted to this in quite some time... but i wanted to lol.
i've kinda fallen off track lately. been working erractically whenever they need me, busy with school, my son hitting "terrible twos", a child support hearing for BD (which went surprisingly well), house hunting with SO and finding out that after almost 30 years at his company that my dad will be getting laid off at the end of the year. so saying that i'm stressed is an understatement. even with eating right and exercising when i can (walking, bike riding, some other stuff here and there), i've managed to put on about 10lbs. i know they say stress can cause you to gain weight, but i've never experienced that first hand. my SO was on extreme overtime at work and not getting to see him was horrible for me. LO always acts so well for him and i think he was going through the same rough time i was with not being able to see him just about every day like we do now.
i'm not sure how to get back on track. it's like every time i start a workout regimen, something gets in the way. i started P90x and did that for a week but got super busy to where i couldn't even find time to sit down to eat let alone workout. i eat snacks when i'm at work because we don't get breaks unless the kids have lunch or snack breaks and we get to sit down with them. i know that's part of my main problem, but i try to eat healthy nonetheless.
for the working mama's, how do you manage? also, i still live with my dad, who goes to sleep at like 6:30 every night and he bitches if i make so much as a tiny noise because it wakes him up. when i work out, it isn't the quietest thing ever, especially when i get really into it. and i don't have money for a gym membership. i can't do it during the day because i'm running after LO, and he's stopped taking naps for me.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Found this workout just a little bit ago while searching online for shorter workouts that I can stick to.
30 DAY/300 CHALLENGE
1. 25 in-n-outs
2. 25 bicycles
3. 25 reverse bicycles
4. 25 crunchy frogs
5. 25 cross-leg/wide-leg sit-ups
6. 25 scissors
7. 25 hip butt ups
8. 25 heels to the heavens
9. 25 roll-ups v-ups
10. 25 leg climbers
11. 25 kayakers
Cobra stretch
Childs pose

It said that this workout is supposed to take approximately 15 minutes to complete and that the lady does it right before she goes to bed.
I'm going to try this tonight... my abs are ones of the weakest spots on me right now so I'm sure it's gonna be a killer. I'll post my trial tomorrow.

Also, if any of you want to try it and don't know exactly what you should be doing for the moves, I'll post an explanation if you ask.

that is the p90x ab ripper x workout, you can find it on youtube, and yes its a 15 minute workout

My son HATES when I try to workout. He wants to be picked up or pulls me away from it. And he tries to sit on me when I have to get on the floor and do those exercises. I've tried Zumba with him too, and it only held his attention for a few minutes, then he's off to everything else or throws a fit when I won't change the "channel".

Well I haven't been working out much, my diet is sporadic and crappy at best...BUT with the help of the raspberry ketones (and working a smurfton). I've managed to almost make it to my goal size! I hit my goal weight, I'm down to 140 (possibly less last I checked was a few weeks ago). My measurements...

Waist: 27.5
Hips: 35
Thighs: 21.75
Arm: 11
Boooooty: 37.5

That is awsome  , Im over half way there now, Im 151 now and I started at 172 so 21 lbs gone, only 16 to go

So I haven't posted in here out of embarrassment that I quit my diet.. quit p90x and started stress eating.... So much things have been happening in my life. TODAY I am getting back on track on everything (no cheating, and starting p90x all over) and I WILL LOSE 40 LBS.
