im doing to right thing - going to fight for my daughter

so i fianlly did it, i went to the lawyer and filed the papers. he said its going to take 2 - 3weeks before he gets them. and i kno i did the right thing for us. it needed to be done. he had 2 weeks to call and say something about what happened and he didnt. " what happened was" His girlfriend said i called his little sisters phone and said that i said that we were having sex.. first off i wasnt going to do that again i told him i said that if we got into it again i would just take him to court. so the bitch wants us to fight and will do anything. i guess shes just scared. i dont undeerstand why i dont want him and he loves her not me. so why lie to get him mad at me.... so yeah now he can be with her and her baby and leave me and my daughter alone. i dont care if he ever sees her again. one day i will find someone who loves us and who will be a wonderful father..

i needed to do this, i want to go on vacation my daughter deveres to have a life like i had. i travled alot.. i always lived in the same place but i went aeway and she should get to do the same. just becasue he doesnt. doesnt mean noithing...

i guess thats all i have a say... i kno im doing the right thing.. no matter how hard it was.. i went to the laywers office 4 times before i did it over a 8 month time.. it was the hardest thign i have ever done but it nened to be done..

Don't you automatically get custody until he takes you to court and tries for custody or visitation? Not only that but if he isn't trying to see her why waste all the time and money to get custody?
