yes, but pornstars don't pick thier partner unless they are ridicuously famous like jenna jameson. I read a book by traci lords(the infamous 15 yearold pornstar) and she said it was just as bad as prostitution because she was pushed into it, on drugs and forced to do things she hated

Actaully unless they are doing porn in some seedy ass hotel for pennies on the dollar with some one step above a pimp producer they always have a choice about who they work with and how they will work ie: condom, no condom, oral, anal,double penetration, black, gangbang etc. and they dont have to be the infamous Jenna Jameson to make their own choices

I figure any consentual sex (even with the exchange of monies) should be legal. It's not the governement's repsonsiblity to dicate what goes on in people's sex lives. I do, however, think that it would be a good idea to check prostitutes for STDs monthly.

I'm just going by the books I read.. jenna jamesons memior and traci lords.. both claim if you aren't famous and don't do as your told, your pretty much shut out. I've watched a variety of shows that look into the industry like 'Porno Valley' and I remember one episode Briana Banks went around with her std results asking if anyone wanted to check them, and no one did. Also I saw on the same show many of the girls hated this one girl.. oh god i forget her name, but Briana was one but they were told they HAD to work with her because its in the contract
