Are you overdue?

If you are super close to your due date or past it... walking can help you dilate. It did for me, anyway. Walk all over, everywhere. And when you think you've done enough... walk some more. Now if you are weeks from your due date.. forget about wanting labor now.

This. I was 9 days overdue when I was induced and no amount of walking, squatting, or anything else got her out.
