I had Molluscum and was able to deliver my daughter naturally. Even thoughI got it several years ago from a public toilet seat, it's still considered an STD. My OB treated it once but said that it won't affect the baby at all. It just depends what you have. And your boyfriend won't get deported by going to the doctor... but he wouldn't have to worry about that if he worked hard to become a citizen just like the Italians, Australians, and Africans do every day.
