Do you know German?

If so... help me out, please?
My mom is German, all we eat is German foods... usually I'm pretty good at recipes, "decoding" them with what little German I've taught myself... but this has me stumped.

Tell me what this says, please?

30-35g weiche Butter mit einem Ei mittlerer GroBe, einer Prise Salz und eventuell mit etwas geriebener Muskatnuss verruhren. AnschlieBend den lnhalt dieser Portions-packung kraftig daruntermischen. Die Nockerl sofort mit einem Telloffel ausstechen, in die kochende Bruhe einlegen und 20 Minuten weiter-kochen lassen. AnschlieBend noch 5-10 Minuten ziehen lassen, damit die Nockerl so richtig locker werden.

I get the drift... I just need exacts.

30-35gramms soft butter with one egg of medium size, a tiny bit of salt and maybe some nutmeg and stirr. afterwards you mix in the content of the portion pack.
immidiantly cut out the nockerl and place them in boiling broth and let it boil for 20 minutes.
afterwards let them soak for another 5-10mins so the nockerl will be nice and fluffy.
