oh that's a short flight. you should be fine.

just make sure she nurses (or takes a bottle or paci) during take-off and landing (or right afterwards) to help her ears clear.

other than that, just give yourself plenty of time so you don't feel rushed.

you can take a stroller right up to the gate if you want to, but at that age, you could probably carry her too.

I did a 24-hr plus flight(s) with my son at that age and he just slept most of the time. the younger they are, the easier it is.

Quoting dream:" oh that's a short flight. you should be fine. just make sure she nurses (or takes a bottle or paci) ... [snip!] ... did a 24-hr plus flight(s) with my son at that age and he just slept most of the time. the younger they are, the easier it is."

Yea it is a short flight... I took it one time before.. And it seemed like we were back on the ground before we even got up. They told me to take her carseat and base wrapped in plastic and I could take the stroller up to the gate with me.. Which I think I'm gonna use before I THINK they said I can take on two carry on bags.. That way I can just push it all.

i took my daughter from japan to texas and back last year, she was about 10 months old and it was an 18 hour flight from japan to US then a night in a hotel and about 6 hours getting to texas from there. It will be easy with hubbs there for you, the people at the airports were very helpful and let me go in the priority entrance with all the first class flyers with my stroller so i could get situated, random strangers even helped me fold up my stroller and put it on the cart before i got on the plane   but since you have hubbs i'm sure he'll help you lol. Depending on how big your stroller is they might not let u take it on the plane, they usually took mine and stored it at the bottom of the plane (no charge) and it was always waiting for me when i got off.

Before you pack your carry-on for the flight, create a checklist of necessities and make sure you have everything before you go to the airport.
