ok I don't know the law in the states but I know someone here tryed to get a restraining order agains't it and the judge laughed in their face

she said he was abusive and got them kicked out of there place and left her with out a place why would she care what he wantted

when i tried to google it , it took me to a news page from a few years ago that said Louisianna and South Carolina passed the spousal abortion consent law but i didnt have time to check if its been overturned since then.....
