work from home where to look?

the hubby said today that i need a job when our son gets to 6months but i dont want to leave him so is there any good jobs you can work from home?please pm or comment to this

check convergys.com for work at home positions. I worked with them before and it helped with the expenses, had to stop because I had school too.  

There really are no legitimate work at home jobs, ones you can make decent money off of. I work from home but I work for my husband's company.

Become a childcare provider... There are lots of people that need childcare during the day while they work, plus it will also help your son socialize with kids his own age. Plus you can get paid cash which is always great if you dont want to pay taxes.

What did you do?

Convergys IS a legitimate work at home job. They have an office set up right here in Valdosta. They have a call center there, or you can work at home.

It was a seasonal job Nov-Dec for order entry - Harry and David.
I took calls off my computer from 4pm-2am.   It's a call center job at home.

yup - they have a lot of offices all over the states.

I'm taking a course to do medical billing, you can do that online. So it can be from home or wherever you want. I don't wanna leave my baby in daycare so I'm doing it to make money while being a stay at home mommy, too

Technically, she should report it as self employment income and pay the appropriate taxes. Being audited is no fun, but I assume is worse with discrepencies.

Usually you have to have 5 yrs experience in an office setting before you can get a stay at home position.

Agreed. Although if she makes under a certain amount she wouldn't have to pay taxes anyway. But if someone is paying her for childcare they can claim it on their tax returns, but only if she reports it too.
