There were plenty of times we walked into a room and the patient had loaded not only their diaper, but the bed as well. I figure the chick in the pic went out partying... started off with dinner with friends... then drinking... then midnight snack... then drinking... then 4AM snack... then passed out and BAM!!! Smurf-ton, right there, m'am...
