Does the babys father have to bring anything to the hospital so that he can sign the BC? (ID?)

Editted- Is there any form of ID that he is requierd to show before they'll let him sign the BC?

Yes, most hospitals make them show ID. It is an official document, and they get an official seal.

It just sounds like that's what she's trying to do. Most guys carry their ID on them anyway, so that's why it raised the red flag with me.

Now, if she'd asked about a SS card, then it wouldn't have raised my suspicions.
