i cant add a ticker to my profile please help

ive been trying for over 3 days and have been unsuccessful can someone please help me.....i have followed all the instructions i dont know what i could be doing wrong...please and thank you

someone told me you have to unlock the advanced features but i have no ideal how and have been trying to figure it out.
