Help me please!!

I have to do a screenshot (and yes have to....it's for paypal) but alt+print screen doesn't work and neither does Fn+print screen.
I don't know what else to do.
Any other ways to do a screen shot on my laptop?

Are you sure the prt screen didn't work? When you hit those buttons you have to go into paint or a similar program and hit paste. That's when it comes up. Maybe you already know this! Just wanted to make sure lol.

Prnt Screen then go to paint and press Ctrl V.
Also if you have windows 7 you have something called a snipping tool (find it using the search function).

To everybody-
Thank you all for the advice!
I didn't know I had to go into another program and paste it.
I ended up getting a hold of my husband at work because I was too impatient (haha, sorry ladies).
He never mentioned pasting it into paint, but he did tell me about the snipping tool.
And it worked.
So yay!
